Rosebank has a thriving art scene with a number of galleries and dealers trading in all mediums along the 'art strip' which includes the more established Goodman and Kim Sacks galleries.

Rosebank is outdoors and pedestrian friendly – Due to its compact size, visitors, residents and employees are able to walk the area, enjoying the outdoor atmosphere, en route to their destination.

Growing

Rosebank's infrastructure projects and property developments augur well for the future of the node. Areas located directly around future Gautrain Stations are attracting great interest.

The South African Chefs Association will be presenting and hosting a cookery demonstration at the Rosebank Rooftop market called the “South African Chefs Association Food Theatre” reflecting the diversity on South African cuisine.

The event will take place on Sunday 5 September from 10am and will feature some of Johannesburg’s most prominent chefs.

Also at the market this September:
- Sunday 5: Food Court Band Eli Amor (11:30am-3pm), Sa Chefs Association Food Theatre from 10am to 3pm and Stiltwalker Natasha (12am to 2pm)
- Sunday 12 September: Food Court Band Cyril Peterson (11:30am to 3pm) and Chris Walkabout Sax Player (12am to 3pm)
- Sunday 19 September: Food Court Band Estelle (11:30am to 3pm) and Stiltwalker Natasha (12am to 2pm)
- Sunday 26 September: Food Court Band Greg Steed (11:30am to 3pm) and Chris Walkabout Sax Player (12am to 3pm).
